CPR @ Ghufran

Cakap Pasal Remaja @ Darul Ghufran mosque was a warm and somewhat cosy ;) sitting in the multipurpose hall..
At first its very topic "They Love Me...They Love Me Not.." kinda obvious and honestly thought it's going to be one of those typical talk on love and relationships, however, at CPR, there's so much more!

The skit/drama was touching, with doses of multimedia clips about a teenage guy facing the relationships he had, with a special someone, with friends and most importantly, with his family.

The two speakers Sr Nurzieyanis and Ustaz Sofyan, moderated by Ustaz Khushairi, gave a very enlightening, straight forwardly messages:

- C.I.N.T.A stands for Cerita Indah Nan Teristimewa Aku, as defined by Ustaz Sofyan
- Love or cinta is not just all those happy mushy stuffs happening between two significant others, but the need to have a commitment. and this commitment will include the highest level of commitment, which is Commitment to Allah s.w.t
- The strength and having a resilient principle when it comes to friends and peer pressure. Just Say NO.
- Ukhuwwah among friends.
- Understanding parents and their feelings, also it takes two to tango they say, parents and teenagers need to understand one another, and it does't hurt to have a little chit chat with one another.

(this truly reminds of a lesson in Teens aL.I.V.E. Year 2 "Me and My Folks" which talks exactly what the speakers explained...putting ourselves in our parents' shoes and understand their thoughts and feelings if something happened to their teenagers)

in conclusion, it's better to really think about the pros and cons of having a relationship during teenage years and always remember our stand as a muslim and commitment towards Allah, Rasul and our family. because it seems, there's too many temptations.

let's just wait till we're more older and know the real meaning of love.
it's all about love.......
